At Lace Canopy Exotics, we handle live insects, which are perishable and fragile. Please read our policy carefully:

Live Insects

• Due to the nature of live feeders, we cannot accept returns and no refunds are given.
• Replacement may only be offered under our Live Arrival Guarantee if shipping instructions and requirements are followed, please read Live Arrival Guarantee for full information.

Non-Live Products

• Products that are unopened and in original condition may be returned.
• Refunds for eligible products will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
