Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday mornings to avoid weekend transit delays.

  • Monday orders: Ship same day or early Tuesday (before 8:30 AM)
  • Tuesday–Sunday orders: Ship the following Monday

Shipping Methods

USPS Priority Mail (Standard)

  • Estimated 2–3 days (not guaranteed)
  • Delays may occur and are outside our control (Arrival Guarantee not available for USPS shipping)

USPS Priority Mail Express

  • Overnight to 2-day delivery by 6 PM

UPS 2nd Day / 3-Day

  • Typically faster and more reliable than USPS
  • Delivered directly to your address

Tracking

Tracking information is automatically emailed on your shipping day.

If not received, please check spam/junk folders or contact us for assistance.

Delivery Responsibility

Live insects must be brought indoors immediately upon delivery.

  • Exposure to heat or cold can be fatal
  • Packages left outside are not covered under the Arrival Guarantee. 

We strongly recommend selecting “Hold for Pickup” at your local post office.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival only if:

  • The order is shipped Hold for Pickup, OR
  • An Express / Overnight / Next Day service is selected

Home delivery via standard methods is not covered.

To Qualify

  • Select “Hold for Pickup” at checkout, or email us immediately after ordering
    OR
  • Choose an Express/Overnight shipping option

Failure to do so voids the guarantee.

Reporting DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If eligible for the guarantee:

  • Hold for Pickup orders: Report within 2 hours of delivery
  • Express/Home delivery: Report within 1 hour of delivery

Include:

  • Order name
  • Photo or video evidence

Delivery time is verified via tracking.

Approved claims will receive a replacement on the next shipping day.
Late claims will not be honored.

Temperature Disclaimer

Extreme temperatures void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Cold Weather (Below 55°F)

  • Recommended: Heat pack and/or phase pack

Hot Weather (Above 85°F)

  • Recommended: Phase pack (no ice packs offered due to humidity risk)

All temperature protection items add weight to shipping.

⚠️ Orders placed during extreme temperatures ship at buyer’s risk, even with protection.

Shipping Delays

Shipping may be postponed due to:

  • Holidays
  • Scheduled closures
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Updates will be posted via our website, email, or social media.
